Steve Janocha is very detail-oriented and thoroughly explained all steps of the loan approval process to us in a manner that was easy to grasp. He made himself available on two different weekends to issue a pre-approval letter for offers we wanted to submit on two properties. Steve is a master of his craft, enormously friendly and was an absolute joy to work with.
