From the start of this transaction my client was working with another lender. We were not able to get in touch with them in a timely manor in order to get our offer submitted in time. I told my client about my Lender partner Greg and how we would be able to get the needed docs asap. We called Greg (who was on vacation) and sure enough he answered and within just a few mins we got her pre approved and ready to roll. The second we went under contract Gregs team got to work right away. Stephen was our loan originator and just like Greg, he was always available when needed and quick to respond! Stephen and Greg are top notch! I cant say enough amazing things about this team.

Greg Clark and team were amazing through my entire home buying process! I am one of those people that have been in the market to buy for well over a year & I can honestly say that through my entire process Greg was always honest, genuine and always gave me great advice. I know they have other clients but I swear it didn't seem like it because whenever I would reached out or needed help with something Greg would respond so quickly. If I had a few questions or didn't understand something he would quickly schedule a call to go over anything I needed to discuss (even when i forgot he was on vacation and i reached out..lol) he was still willing to connect with me to answer my questions. Greg is really just an all around great guy to work with, very experienced & knowledgeable, and very easy to communicate with. Steve, Greg and team have been nothing short of amazing through this entire process. Whenever I reached out rather it be email, text or call Steve always responded back to me quickly even if he was unable speak with me in length at that time. He is very knowledgeable and was always able and willing to explain things to me that I didn't understand.
